Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout when available. Timing can vary by item availability, warehouse processing, carrier service, destination, weather, and other carrier conditions.
Orders may ship in more than one package. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may arrive separately.
Address changes
Use the Contact Us page immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, use the Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or discrepancy; we may ask for photos if needed to complete the review.
Returns
Use the Contact Us page before returning an item. Returns generally require approval and must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items returned without approval may be delayed or refused.
Some products may not be eligible for return, including installed, used, modified, special-order, final-sale, hazardous, opened electrical or electronic items, or items missing original packaging or parts.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
