Return eligibility

Returns generally require approval and must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition with all manuals, parts, accessories, and tags included.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including used, installed, modified, special-order, final-sale, hazardous, opened electrical/electronic items, or products missing original packaging or components.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. We will review the order and help with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
