Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or unavailable products.

Returns, warranties, and shipping

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 21 calendar days after delivery and require written approval and an RMA number. Eligibility, exclusions, return shipping charges, damage and defect claims, refunds, and manufacturer warranty service are governed by our posted Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tug & Tow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products purchased through the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
