The AMEC PLOMO-500 AIS Search and Rescue Transponder (SART) is an emergency locating device designed to assist rescue teams in identifying survivors at sea. It complies with IEC 61097-14 specifications and transmits precise GPS coordinates, unique identification, course over ground (COG), and speed over ground (SOG) every minute upon activation.
This device features a rugged, buoyant, and waterproof design, capable of submersion up to 10 meters. It arrives as a complete solution in a survival bag for easy transport, with a backlit operational panel and an integrated LED light that signals an SOS distress message.
