By utilizing a native 24V rotor and field current rather than a 12V design, this alternator provides increased efficiency and runs at cooler operating temperatures to help extend product lifespan.

  • Mounting: 1"-2" single foot, designed to replace common domestic styles like Motorola and Prestolite.
  • Performance: Designed for rapid battery bank charging; delivers up to 3,960 watts at 9,000 RPM.
  • Cooling Technology: Includes heat-shedding E-Coat/Cerakote finish, dual cooling fans, and an externally mounted rectifier.
  • Technical Specs: 24V voltage, 16 rotor poles, and 138mm stator.
  • Operating Parameters: Cut-in at 1,072 alternator RPM; 100°C (212°F) max continuous operating temperature.
  • Compliance: SAE J1171 certified and proudly made in the U.S.A.
  • Included Hardware: M17 x 1.5 x 24mm nut and 18mm ID x 29mm OD washer.

This unit requires an external regulator for operation. For optimal performance, especially when charging lithium battery banks, use with the ARCO Zeus Bluetooth Alternator Regulator.
