The ARCO Marine Zeus 24V 4kW Low Turn On (LTO) Vortec Alternator is engineered for high-energy production across marine, RV, military, and commercial applications. By utilizing a native 24V rotor and field current rather than a 12V system, this unit runs cooler and provides sustained power output, making it effective for rapidly charging large battery banks.

  • Designed with heat-shedding E-coat/Cerakote finish, dual cooling fans, and an externally mounted rectifier for optimal thermal performance.
  • SAE J1171 certified and proudly made in the U.S.A.
  • Replaces Mando-type alternators using Vortec/GM pad mounting, commonly found on various Mercruiser and Volvo Penta marine engines.
  • Optimized for performance with an external regulator (ARCO Zeus Bluetooth Regulator recommended for lithium charging).
  • Max continuous operating temperature: 100°C (212°F).
