The ARCO Marine Zeus A225S Vortec Alternator is a high-output 12V unit engineered for marine, RV, military, and commercial applications. Designed to charge large battery banks efficiently, this alternator maintains lower operating temperatures through heat-shedding E-Coat/Cerakote finishes, an externally mounted rectifier, and dual cooling fans. It is optimized for high performance at idle speeds and is SAE J1171 certified.

  • Sustained idle output: 157 Amps (Hot, 3,000 RPM)
  • Compatible with Mando-style alternators using GM-style pad mounting (common on Mercruiser and Volvo Penta GM block engines)
  • Features 12V voltage, 16 rotor poles, and 130mm stator size
  • Standard 6-groove, 49mm pulley included
