About this product
The Attwood Marine In-Line Fuel Demand Valve is designed to prevent engine flooding and fuel spillage by ensuring fuel is only delivered when requested by the engine during startup and operation. Developed in partnership with OEM engine manufacturers, this valve keeps pressurized fuel contained within the tank when the engine is off.
Key Features:
- Compatible with 5/16 in. and 3/8 in. fuel hoses
- Installs between the fuel tank and the primer bulb
- Constructed from high-strength composite material for marine environments
- Features a built-in manual override
- Compatible with ethanol-blended fuels
- Operating temperature range: -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C)
- Flow performance: 125 L/H (33 GPH) at less than 2 kPa vacuum restriction
- Operating input pressure: 138 kPa (20 psi) with protection for 276 kPa (40 psi) pressure spikes
