The Barton Marine Boomstrut, part 44021, is designed to support the boom on yachts measuring 20 to 25 ft. (6m to 7.5m) in length. It provides essential upward lift to keep the boom in place when the sail is lowered or the topping lift is released, allowing for consistent sail shape in light winds. This unit utilizes flexible, black-coated fiberglass rods to provide force, working in tandem with your existing kicker or rope vang.
Key Features:
- Fits yachts up to 20-25 ft. with a maximum boom tip weight of 21 lbs. (9.5kg).
- Compatible with wooden, carbon fiber, or aluminum spars.

- Boom bracket is contoured to fit both round and flat boom profiles.
- Mast bracket can be installed via the existing mast luff groove to minimize drilling.
- Designed to mount independently of existing kicking strap tackle.
