The Barton Marine Small Wincher is a rubber molding designed to convert standard winches into self-tailing winches. This set of two provides a reliable way to manage lines by gripping the rope when the drum is under tension and peeling it off for a self-tailing motion. The sheets are cleated by locking them into the ribbed central groove.
