About this product
This Barton Marine Stanchion Ratchet Block is engineered to assist with furling line control, reducing the physical load on the crew when furling the jib. The 55mm block features a ratchet mechanism that provides a friction brake against the sail's pull, allowing the sheave to lock in one direction. It is designed for simple, adjustable mounting onto standard 25mm (1") guard rail stanchions using an included stainless steel clamping ring.
