The Blue Sea Systems 7548 C-Series is a single-pole, 80A flat rocker circuit breaker designed to provide reliable overcurrent protection and switching for marine systems such as inverters, bow thrusters, and windlasses. This magnetic-hydraulic device features a trip-free design that prevents it from being held closed after a fault and is ignition-protected for safe installation on gasoline-powered boats.
- Design: Flat rocker actuator sits flush when ON to prevent accidental switching; colored actuator indicates OFF position.
- Amperage: 80A AC / 80A DC.
- Voltage: Maximum 240V AC / 48V DC.
- Interrupt Capacity: 3000A at 120V AC, 3500A at 240V AC, and 5000A at 32V DC.
- Durability: Rated for 10,000 switching cycles with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Installation: Uses #6-32 stainless steel mounting screws (6 in-lb torque) and 1/4-20 tin-plated brass terminal studs (35 in-lb torque).
