Blue Sea Systems ML-ACR Charging Relay, 12V, 500A, Manual Control, Deutsch DTM

The Blue Sea Systems ML-ACR charging relay automatically combines two battery banks during charging and isolates them during discharge and engine starting. Manual control includes a LOCK OFF capability for servicing.

• 12VDC nominal voltage; 500A continuous, 700A intermittent for 5 minutes, and 1,450A DC cranking rating for 30 seconds
• Magnetic-latching operation, dual sensing, and manual control
• Can be configured for Start Isolation and Engine Isolation; includes start assist capability
• Supports emergency paralleling of battery banks and automatic charging management for two banks
• Deutsch DTM control circuit connection; LED output indicates combined or isolated batteries, voltage lockout, and Start or Engine Isolation status
• 13mA operating current; draws less than 40mA to monitor terminal voltage in the ON or OFF state and less than 7.0A when changing state
• 3/8 in.-16 tin-plated copper terminal studs, 0.875 in. (22.23 mm) long; terminal stud torque is 140 in-lb (15.82 Nm)
• Terminal ring diameter clearance: 1.18 in. (29.97 mm); mounting: #10
• Recommended cable size to meet ratings: 2x (4/0); live current switching: 300A at 12VDC; switching cycles: 100,000
• Silver alloy contacts and recessed labels for circuit identification
