The Blue Sea Systems PowerBar 1000 is a 1,000 Amp busbar designed to consolidate large and small conductors in complex electrical wiring systems. Its stepped bus design provides two elevations, allowing for increased wire density compared to traditional busbars, while the height matches common fuse blocks for direct attachment without additional connecting cables.

  • Capacity: 1,000 Amp continuous rating.
  • Terminals: 12 x 5/16 in. studs for heavy-duty connections.
  • Construction: Tin-plated pure electrical copper (C11000) for maximum conductivity.
  • Features: Includes one-piece serrated flange nuts for secure connections, stainless steel 8-32 screws with captive lock washers for smaller gauge wires, and bi-directional end caps for ganging multiple busbars.
  • Installation: Mounting holes accept #10 (M5) screws; busbar can be cut to a shorter length for restricted spaces.
  • Safety: Includes a snap-on insulating cover that meets ABYC and USCG requirements and features a label recess.
