This 10 in. x 8 in. hydraulic trim tab set by Boat Leveler Co. is engineered to provide precise trim control and reliable performance for watercraft. Each component is designed for durability and ease of installation in marine environments.
- Construction: Features 12-gauge 304 stainless steel trim tabs, impact-resistant fiberglass-reinforced nylon cylinders, and a high-impact ABS plastic motor cover.
- Hydraulic System: Includes an Insta-Trim pump with a factory-set 400 P.S.I. bypass, custom solenoids designed to prevent drift, and a motor with thermal overload protection and 1 3/4 in. stack windings.
- Cylinders and Brackets: Equipped with swivel-type mounting brackets and knockout shear pins; cylinders feature dual expanding seals and a stainless steel retraction spring.
- Installation Components: Comes with 15 ft. of nylon-reinforced, PVC-coated hose (rated at 2000 lb. burst pressure), color-coded wiring with quick-connect fittings, dash-mounted rocker controls, mounting hardware, a funnel, and one pint of biodegradable transmission oil.
