The Boat Leveler Co. 12 in. x 8 in. hydraulic trim tab set is a complete system designed to improve boat leveling and performance. These 12-gauge 304 stainless steel tabs are built to resist electrolysis and are compatible with both transom and bottom mounting.

  • Pump & Motor: Engineered with a custom pump featuring a 400 P.S.I. factory-set bypass and a motor with thermal overload protection, top-mounted to prevent oil leaks.
  • Hydraulic System: Includes impact-resistant, fiberglass-reinforced nylon cylinders with UV protection and dual sealing for leak prevention.
  • Hose & Wiring: Supplied with 15 ft. of nylon-reinforced, PVC-coated hose (rated at 2000 lb. burst pressure) and color-coded wiring with quick-connect fittings.
  • Durability: Features epoxy-sealed, humidity-resistant solenoids that lock tabs in position to prevent driftback.
  • Enclosure: High-impact ABS plastic motor cover (4.5 in. D x 6 in. W x 11 in. H) with an integrated oil reservoir.
  • Control: Includes dash-mounted rocker controls for intuitive operation.
  • Included Hardware: Comes with mounting hardware, a funnel, and 1 pint of biodegradable transmission oil.
