BoatLIFE Life-Calk is a long-lasting, permanently flexible polysulfide sealant designed for marine applications. This teak brown sealant cures to a firm, flexible rubber that provides excellent adhesion and waterproofing for use both above and below the waterline.
- Versatile application: Suitable for bedding deck and hull hardware, sealing thru-hull fittings, underwater seams, and teak decks.
- Surface compatibility: Bonds to fiberglass, wood, metal, glass, and cured sealant.
- Durable performance: Resists teak oils, gasoline, and diesel fuel.
- Convenient use: Can be applied to damp surfaces or underwater for emergency repairs.
- Cure time: Becomes tack-free in 1 to 3 days.
- Finishing: Once cured, it can be sanded and painted.
- Compatibility note: Not compatible with all paints, including Sikkens, Cetol, Deks, and Olje.
- Regulatory note: This product contains Toluene, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
