The C. Sherman Johnson Captain Hook Chain Snubber is designed to secure anchor chain and relieve tension from the windlass. This large snubber hook is constructed from 1/2" T-316 stainless steel.

  • Relieve windlass tension by attaching the snubber to the chain and securing the line to a deck cleat or samson post.
  • Provide added security while underway by holding the chain in the anchor roller.
