About this product
The CoastKey Standard for twin Mercury engines is a wireless ignition system that provides keyless start/stop functionality, remote engine control, and an integrated wireless man-overboard lanyard. By wearing the included wireless remote FOB, the operator can start and stop the engine wirelessly while remaining tethered to an automatic shut-off system that engages if the operator falls overboard.
The system utilizes a cockpit-mounted Start Panel that allows for keyless entry via a secure PIN code, eliminating the need for traditional keys. This is particularly useful for shared vessels, as access permissions can be managed and updated easily.
