The Davis Instruments UV Sensor measures the sunburning portion of the UV spectrum, allowing you to monitor and display UV index, dose rate, and daily or accumulated UV dose. Its multi-layer filter is designed to match the Erythema Action Spectrum, while the integrated diffuser ensures accurate cosine response.

  • Two-piece housing minimizes radiation heating and facilitates convection cooling to prevent heat buildup.
  • Design prevents water and dust accumulation.
  • Includes a built-in level for accurate installation and a 2 ft. (0.6M) cable.
  • Compatible with Davis Vantage Pro and Vantage Pro2 weather stations.
  • Note: This sensor is already included with Vantage Pro Plus and Vantage Pro2 Plus models.
  • Suggested optional accessories include the Solar Sensor (#6450) and Sensor Mounting Shelf (#6673).
