About this product
The Davis Instruments Vantage Pro2 is a wireless weather station with a WeatherLink Console and standard radiation shield for monitoring local weather conditions.
- Measures barometric pressure, humidity, temperature, wind speed and direction, and rainfall.
- Updates weather data every 2.5 seconds, with a stated transmission range of 1,000 ft. (300 m) from the sensor suite to the console.
- The sensor suite includes outside temperature and humidity sensors in a passive radiation shield. Its housing is weatherproof, and the suite is solar-powered with battery backup.
- The anemometer can be mounted up to 40 ft. (12 m) from the rest of the sensor suite.
- Includes WeatherLink Console (6313), featuring an HD color touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity, local data storage, graphs, customizable dashboard with up to 21 parameters, and environmental alerts. The console is AC-powered with battery backup and can operate without Wi-Fi.
- The standard passive radiation shield protects temperature sensors from solar radiation and radiant or reflected heat. Its multi-plate construction allows airflow and can be mounted on a metal pipe or wood surface.
