The Davis Instruments WindTrak AV is a high-performance wind indicator designed to mount directly onto whip antennas. By combining the wind vane and antenna into a single installation, this system helps reduce masthead clutter, weight, and windage.
- Fits most whip antennas with a diameter of less than 1/8 in. (3 mm), including Metz and Shakespeare brands.
- Features a sapphire jewel suspension bearing and low-friction Teflon bearings for sensitive performance.
- Includes a 15 in. (38 cm) vane, reflective tacking arms, hardware, and installation instructions.
- Fully adjustable tacking tab system allows for easy calibration.
