The Digital Yacht AIT2500 is a full-function Class B+ 5W SOTDMA AIS transponder designed for ocean sailors, high-speed powerboats, and commercial vessels. Utilizing SOTDMA (Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access) technology, this system offers a 5W power output—2.5 times more powerful than standard Class B units—ensuring a guaranteed transmission time slot even in high-traffic density areas and faster update rates based on vessel speed.

This transponder is fully compatible with existing Class A and Class B systems and includes the following features:

• GPS/GLONASS positioning with included external GPS antenna
• NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, and USB data connectivity for integration with PCs, Macs, and marine electronics
• Remote TX silence switch option
• AIS SART alarm compatibility for use with personal MOB devices
