The Exploding Fish Heavy-Duty Replacement Rod Holder Inner Tube Sleeve is designed for use with fixed or rotating rod holders. This sleeve is constructed from a UV-resistant rubber compound to withstand harsh marine environments.

For installation, it is recommended to apply a small amount of Sikaflex or Loctite 480 between the rubber sleeve and the stainless tube near the gimbal pin height for improved retention.
