About this product

The Forespar SR-2 Jib Roller is designed to facilitate smooth headsail movement, protecting your jib from snagging on shroud wire. This unit is compatible with wire diameters ranging from 3/16 in. to 3/8 in. and includes specific inserts for a precise fit.

Compatibility and Sizing

  • 3/8 in. wire: use no insert
  • 5/16 in. wire: use #1 inserts
  • 9/32 in. wire: use #2 inserts
  • 1/4 in. wire: use #3 inserts
  • 7/32 in. wire: use #4 inserts
  • 3/16 in. wire: use #5 inserts

The system is installed in two stages: first, the hub assembly is secured to the shroud using the provided inserts and screws, then the rollers are attached to the hub. For easier installation, the unit can be pre-assembled on deck and positioned on the shroud before final tightening.

Every physical return requires written approval and an RMA number and must be shipped within five business days after the RMA is issued. The customer pays return shipping for an ordinary return.
