The GROCO SSC-1500 Engine Flush Kit and Adaptor is designed to provide safety and flexibility for marine water systems. By installing this quick-release plug to a seacock, you can enable emergency bilge pumping, simplify cooling system flushing, and assist in winterization tasks.

In an emergency, closing the seacock and removing the quick-release plug allows the engine's raw water pump to discharge excess bilge water overboard. For maintenance, the included service adaptor allows for easy introduction of antifreeze during winterization or fresh water for system flushing while the engine is at idle speed. Use a GROCO Bilge Strainer for pumping remote bilge locations.
