The GROCO THT-530 Thru-Hull Installation Tool simplifies the installation process for standard thru-hull fittings, allowing for one-person operation. This tool is designed to hold the fitting securely in place while you apply sealant and tighten the locknut or seacock from the interior of the boat.
- Fits GROCO thru-hull fitting sizes from 1/2" through 3"
- Includes an eyelet for attaching monofilament line to guide the fitting through the hull
- Compatible with standard thru-hull installation procedures
To use, slide the fitting onto the tool, tie monofilament to the eye, and insert the assembly through the hull opening. Once the fitting is positioned, use the line to pull it firmly against the hull surface for installation of the locknut or seacock.
