This Lee's Tackle 0° Flush Mount Rod Holder features a swivel base designed to accommodate bent butt tackle, allowing the rod to rotate freely when side pressure is applied. This design reduces stress on the rod holder pin and allows the rod tip to track the fish, helping to minimize line fray and optimize drag efficiency. It is also compatible with straight butt rods, which can be manually rotated to keep the line aligned with the rod's roller tips.
