The Lee's Tackle Swivel Base Flush Mount Rod Holder is a stainless steel rod holder designed for use with stand-up rods and bent butts. The unique swivel base allows the rod butt to rotate freely when side pressure is applied, enabling the rod tip to follow the movement of the fish.
