The Lee's Tackle 15° Flush Mount Rod Holder is a stainless steel, swivel-base mount designed for use with stand-up rods and curved butts. The unique swivel base allows the rod butt to rotate freely under side pressure, preventing the rod from locking onto the pin and helping the rod tip follow the fish during a fight.
