This inlet design requires less than a quarter turn of the locking ring to create a positive, watertight seal, preventing cross-threading while providing an improved grip. The inlet cover is designed to stay hinged open during use for convenience, and the blades are made from nickel-plated brass for enhanced corrosion resistance.
