This Maxwell levered chain stopper is designed to secure the anchor chain and alleviate the load on your windlass. It provides a reliable way to set and ride on the anchor, safely break the anchor free, or prevent accidental deployment while the vessel is underway. It is also suitable for use with VW series rope and chain systems to secure the chain during transitions.
