Megaware SkegGuard 27051 is a stainless steel replacement skeg and protector for MerCruiser Bravo I and III lower units from 1990-present. It helps protect against damage from rocks, debris, and ramp dragging, and can also be installed to repair a skeg with as little as 2-3 in. remaining.

  • Material: Mirror-polished marine-grade 316 stainless steel
  • Protection: Thickened lower wear tab helps protect the skeg during ramp dragging and river running
  • Drainage: Drain hole helps prevent water from collecting
  • Installation: Installs with common tools in less than 10 minutes using self-locking hardware
