The Megaware SkegGuard 27412 is a stainless steel replacement skeg designed to protect your boat motor's lower unit from damage or to repair an existing broken skeg. Constructed from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, it features a reinforced 3mm thick lower wear tab to withstand abrasion from rocks, debris, or accidental contact with ramps.
- Fits Mercury 200, 225, 250, and 300 V8 Pro XS Torque Master 4.8" gearcases, 2019 to present (curved style).
- Constructed from mirror-polished, marine-grade 316 stainless steel.
- Includes a drainage hole to prevent water stagnation and corrosion.
- Can be installed with as little as 2 to 3 inches of the original skeg remaining.
