The Newmar 2-3-120 battery isolator automatically directs charging from two alternator sources to three battery banks while helping prevent one battery from discharging into another. It is rated for negative-ground DC systems and includes mounting hardware and terminal covers.

- Rated for systems up to 48 volts DC; description also specifies 12-, 24-, or 36-volt systems
- Conservatively rated diodes and a rust-resistant anodized aluminum heat-sink case
- Stainless steel mounting hardware and protective terminal covers included
- 6 mm stud terminals

- Operating temperature: -40 to +80 degrees
- Continuous duty rating to 50 deg C; derates linearly to 70% at 80 deg C
- Temperature rise: 5 deg C at full rated current; vertical mounting is recommended for optimum cooling
- Voltage drop: 0.7 V at 50% load and 0.9 V at full load
- Not compatible with self-exciting alternators; the alternator must have an external excitation lead. Consult the alternator manufacturer if you are unsure of your configuration.
