This Pacer heavy-wall heat shrink tubing kit includes two 3-inch pieces, one black and one red, designed for battery cable insulation and protection. The tubing features a dual-purpose thermoplastic liner that melts and encapsulates connections when heated, providing robust strain relief, moisture sealing, and environmental protection.
Key Features:
- Provides high abrasion and impact resistance.
- Thermoplastic liner adheres to PVC, neoprene, polyolefin, EPR, steel, and aluminum.
- Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, fuel, oil, and solvents.
- Suitable for splice sealing, cable repair, strain relief, and direct burial or submersible applications.
- Shrinks when heated above 120°C.
