These Pacer insulated wire ferrules are designed to prevent strand separation and fraying when terminating stranded wire in IEC-style terminal blocks. By securing the wire strands into a solid, connected unit, these ferrules ensure reliable electrical connections and improve compatibility with terminal block hardware.

To install, strip the wire to the recommended 14mm, slide the ferrule over the exposed strands until the nylon casing sits against the wire insulation, and crimp using a compatible ferrule crimping tool for a secure, high-pressure connection. Heat shrink may be applied over the connection for extra protection if desired.
