These Pacer insulated wire ferrules are designed to prevent strand separation and breakage when terminating 12 AWG stranded wire in terminal blocks. By securing the wire strands, they create a solid, reliable connection that improves performance in IEC-style terminal blocks.

  • Wire Size: 12 AWG
  • Insulation Color: Grey
  • Ferrule Length: 10mm (0.39 in.)
  • Recommended Stripping Length: 12mm (0.47 in.)
  • Quantity: 25 per pack
  • Features: Insulated design for added electrical protection; increases connection reliability

To install, strip the wire to the recommended 12mm length, slide the ferrule over the exposed wire until the nylon casing meets the wire insulation, and crimp using a compatible ferrule crimping tool for a secure connection.
