These Pacer insulated wire ferrules are designed to prevent strand fraying and breakage when terminating stranded wire in IEC-style terminal blocks. By creating a solid, cohesive connection, these ferrules improve reliability and electrical performance for your wire terminations.

To install, strip the wire to the recommended 10mm length, slide the ferrule over the exposed strands until the nylon casing meets the wire insulation, and crimp using an appropriate terminal tool. Heat shrink may be applied over the connection for additional protection if desired.
