This Perko surface mount latch features a durable white polymer body paired with a chrome-finished T-handle and a stainless steel stem. Designed for secure operation, the T-handle sits flush when closed or open and includes a lock with two keys. A rubber seal and boot under the handle help prevent water intrusion into the lock cylinder.
