The Raritan Smart Macerator Control is designed to protect your marine macerator pump by monitoring motor operation to prevent dry running and electrical overloads. This 12V control module automatically manages pump activity to extend component life and prevent common mechanical failures.

• Automatic shutdown if the pump fails to prime within 7 seconds or runs dry for 5 seconds.
• Integrated overload protection shuts down the pump if the current draw exceeds 20 amps.
• Includes an anti-seize feature that jogs the macerator pump for a few milliseconds every 7 days to prevent impeller binding during periods of inactivity.
• Control can be reset via the operation switch without needing to cycle main power.
