This Robline Tapered Opti Mainsheet is a specialized performance line designed for Optimist class sailboats. Featuring a double-tapered construction, the sheet provides a thicker diameter in the center for better grip and a thinner diameter at the ends to reduce friction within blocks and sheaves.
- Construction: Mix of Dyneema and PA/PES (polyamide/polyester) yarn for high load capacity, low stretch, and improved durability.
- Taper Design: Asymmetrical design; the long taper is intended for the boom blocks, while the shorter taper is for the cockpit sole blocks.
