This Rule 500 GPH electronic sensing bilge pump features advanced technology that detects water presence via impeller resistance. The unit automatically cycles every 2-1/2 minutes for one second to check for water, running continuously until the bilge is clear. This design eliminates the need for a separate float switch and maintains water levels between 1/8" and 3/8".
