The Rupp Marine Lok-Up is a locking pulley system engineered to keep outrigger clips and teaser lines securely positioned, preventing line creep during trolling. This system is designed to provide a firm grip on various halyard materials, including 400 lb. or 500 lb. monofilament, 1/8 in. nylon rope, paracord, and Dacron.
