The Safe-T-Alert FX-4 is a hard-wired marine carbon monoxide alarm designed for connection to a boat’s DC electrical system or marine-grade battery supply. This two-alarm pack replaces Fireboy-Xintex CMD-4M and CMD-3M alarms that have reached the end of their service life.
- Operating voltage: 13.8 VDC ±15%; low-voltage warning at 8V
- Alarm: 85 dB audible alert for dangerous carbon monoxide levels
- Controls: Alarm mute button with sensor recovery and reactivation if dangerous CO levels remain
- Power: Hard-wired connection to a boat’s DC electrical system or marine-grade batteries; no replaceable batteries
