The Sea-Dog Magneto Safety Kill Switch is an emergency ignition cut-off designed for boats and personal watercraft. This safety device attaches to your life vest, instantly grounding the magneto system when the lanyard clip is detached from the switch.
- Operation: Normally open circuit; circuit closes (completes) when the lanyard is pulled.
- Specifications: 5/8" diameter mounting hole; 5/8" maximum panel thickness; 5A maximum draw.
- Lanyard: Includes coiled lanyard; approximately 15" coiled and 48" stretched length.
- Safety Note: Test the switch for proper function before each use. Replace the lanyard if it becomes worn, cut, or frayed.
- Regulatory note: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
