This Sea-Dog 6-inch deck plate features a quarter-turn design with a specialized locking system engineered to prevent over-tightening, jamming, and cross-threading. Constructed from UV-stabilized ABS, it includes an internal, molded-in collar designed to hold deck plate bags or other round containers.
