The Shakespeare Galaxy 5228 is an 8 ft. heavy-duty extension mast designed to increase antenna height for improved range or to clear on-board obstructions. Constructed from durable white fiberglass, this single-section mast is finished to coordinate with Galaxy series antennas.
- Actual length: 95 in.
- Diameter: 1-1/2 in.
- Stainless steel upper and lower ferrules with standard 1 in.-14 thread.
- Requires Shakespeare 409-R or 410-R mounting kit.
- Safety Note: If the combined length of your antenna and all extensions exceeds 8 ft., an upper support bracket must be used.
