About this product
Shurtape PE 900 is a 9.0 mil UV-resistant polyethylene film tape engineered for marine shrink applications, vapor barrier seaming, and general surface repair. This tape features a synthetic rubber-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides excellent conformability and creates a durable, watertight seal across various surfaces and climate conditions.
- Dimensions: 96mm (3.78 in.) wide by 55m (60 yds) long.
- Material: UV-resistant polyethylene film with synthetic rubber-based adhesive.
- Performance: Watertight, humidity-resistant, and flexible with 100% elongation.
- Adhesion: 35 oz/in. to backing; 80 oz/in. to stainless steel.
- Temperature Range: Service range of 14°F to 158°F; application from 65°F.
- Strength: Tensile strength of 22 lbs/in. width.
- Design: Serrated edge for easier handling and application.
