The Standard Horizon HX400 is a commercial-grade, submersible handheld VHF radio designed for both marine and land-based communication. This unit features 40 programmable LMR channels (134–174 MHz) with CTCSS/DCS signaling, a built-in voice scrambler for private communications, and a noise-canceling microphone to ensure clarity in windy or loud environments.
